Offices and Workplaces
Open floor plates and cellular offices where large wall and soffit areas must be finished quickly and consistently across multiple levels.
Home / Applications / Commercial Spaces

Commercial projects are won and lost on programme. Large floor plates, tight handover dates and finishing trades queuing behind one another leave no room for a plaster system that needs curing time or repeated making-good.
Machine Application Gypsum Plaster is developed for continuous spray machines, delivering the pumpability and output that large areas demand. It requires no water curing, is shrinkage-crack free, and provides thermal and fire resistance — finished with Wall Finishing Plaster where a premium paint-ready surface is specified.

Open floor plates and cellular offices where large wall and soffit areas must be finished quickly and consistently across multiple levels.

Mall commons, unit shells and back-of-house areas, where handover dates are fixed around tenant fit-out programmes.

Repetitive guest-room layouts that reward machine application, plus feature areas finished with decorative gypsum elements.

Environments demanding smooth, hygienic, easily maintained surfaces across very large repeat areas.
Machine application changes the sequence rather than the standard. One operator sprays while a second levels, so the wall is closed far faster than hand application — provided mixing and set times are respected.
Check substrate suitability across the full area, set out beads and datum points, and confirm the machine water setting before starting a bay.
Consistent water setting keeps the finish uniform.
Apply Machine Application Gypsum Plaster in a continuous pass at 10 – 20 mm on walls, up to 10 mm on ceilings.
Maximum wall thickness is 30 mm.
Rule the sprayed plaster to the beads with an H-profile or feather edge while it remains workable. Initial set is 60 – 90 minutes.
The extended set is what makes large bays possible.
Trowel the surface as the plaster reaches final set at 120 – 180 minutes to close the face and produce the ultra-white finish.
No water curing is required at any stage.
Where a higher-grade decorative finish is required, apply Wall Finishing Plaster at 1 – 3 mm once the base coat is fully set.
Ideal ahead of high-sheen paint systems.
