Gyraffe Gypsum Powder Plaster is a high-purity Beta Hemihydrate gypsum designed for interior finishing, repairs and decorative applications. It provides smooth workability, fast setting and an excellent white finish, making it an ideal base before applying a gypsum skim coat.

Process of Jointing & Finishing
Mixing
- Add POP to clean water at 75:100 (water:powder).
- Sprinkle the powder in evenly and let it soak briefly.
- Mix to a smooth, lump-free, pourable slurry.
- Use immediately — POP sets fast.
Moulding & Plastering
- Pour into clean, lightly-oiled moulds for casting, or trowel onto walls for fine finishing.
- Tap moulds to release trapped air.
- Build thickness in controlled layers.
Finishing
- Allow to set hard, then demould or trowel smooth.
- Trim and lightly sand once dry.
- Prime before painting for a bright, even finish.

Initial set is 7 – 12 minutes and final set 18 – 28 minutes, so it suits fast repair and moulding work.
