Gyraffe Gypsum Wall Plaster is a single-coat system for internal walls and ceilings that replaces traditional cement-sand plaster. It offers high coverage of up to 90 m²/t, strong adhesion, and is shrinkage-crack free with a smooth, ultra-white finish — and it needs no water curing, which matters on occupied or phased residential projects.

How It's Done
The residential sequence is a single-coat system: applied, ruled, and closed in one visit per room. Because no curing is required, following trades can start as soon as the plaster has set and dried.
Prepare the Substrate
Confirm the brick, block or RCC substrate is clean, sound and free of dust or release agent. Fix angle beads to all external corners.
Beads are what give a home crisp, straight arrises.
Mix to the Correct Ratio
Mix Gypsum Wall Plaster at a water to powder ratio of 1 : 1.25 until completely lump-free.
Working time begins at initial set, 20 – 25 minutes.
Apply in a Single Coat
Apply at 10 – 20 mm on walls and up to 10 mm on ceilings, working to the beads. Maximum wall thickness is 30 mm.
One 25 kg bag covers 22 – 24 sq.ft at 13 mm.
Rule and Level
Rule off to the beads with a straight edge while the plaster remains workable, filling any hollows before it sets.
Final set is reached at 45 – 60 minutes.
Close the Surface
Trowel the face as the plaster sets to produce the smooth, ultra-white finish. No water curing is required.
Allow to dry fully before decorating.
